What is your vision for this performance? The feeling, Meaning, Or Story behind it. Overall what inspired you to showcase this specific performance.

My vision for this piece is to introduce and have a conversation regarding how Hip Hop has evolved from one of the first credited Hip Hop songs in the late 70's to current state of Hip Hop in 2022. I was inspired by my growing knowledge of Hip Hop history and wanted to be able to share that knowledge with my students and the community.
